What will your role in the team look like
Manage and grow Sorara Outdoor Livings European retail business from our Venray base. You take ownership of major accounts like Hornbach Hagebau and Bauhaus each worth 10M-20M while expanding product assortments and bringing in new retail opportunities. Your role is about building strong relationships and creating growth that lasts.
You lead commercial negotiations pricing discussions and product planning with buyers. While coordinating with logistics after-sales finance and marketing to keep operations running smoothly. You act as the link between customers and R&D turning market insights and consumer needs into products that sell. You ensure every account benefits from a clear consistent go-to-market strategy.
Traveling frequently across Germany and the Netherlands you stay close to customers and market trends. You work closely with the Venray office and the wider GTM team to align pricing and channel strategy. Your decisions directly shape how our outdoor living products from pergolas to garden furniture reach retailers and customers across Europe. You will see the impact of your work in every deal every product launch and every satisfied customer.

- Flexible work location either near key customers or close to Venray.
- 40 hours per week.
- 6000 to 8500 gross per month.

What do you bring- Extensive sales experience ideally five to eight years in key account management with major German DIY retailers.
- Strong background in physical consumer goods preferably outdoor garden or building products.
- Fluent in German and English with Dutch as a bonus.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous situations keeping focus while priorities shift.
- Hands-on pragmatic approach: you solve problems directly act decisively and collaborate across cultures and teams.
