Job Summary
The Deloitte Global Ethics Manager will play a leading role in the implementation of the ethics program for our Deloitte Global professionals around the world supporting them in understanding expectations for conduct and making the best ethical choices and building an environment where they feel comfortable in consulting and speaking up. Additionally this role will support wider Global Ethics initiatives for the network of member firms including our monitoring activities such as ethics program reviews. This individual should be a strong contributor with the ability to work independently strong communications and organizational skills and a desire to make a positive impact for our population.
Role Specific Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day delivery and continuous improvement of ethics programmes tools and case-management; measure and report progress and impact against the global ethics agenda.
- Oversee ethics investigations maintain related data and report findings through network processes (e.g. Member Firm Standards).
- Coordinate engagement activities (focus groups webinars case discussions) and manage the Ethics Ambassadors network including content and quarterly webinars.
- Design implement and analyse the annual ethics survey and other measurement approaches to assess programme effectiveness and ethical culture.
- Develop and implement ethics policy communications and supporting materials in partnership with People & Culture and OCEO.
- Provide project-management support: track status and milestones capture programme reporting manage budgets and deliver adhoc initiatives.
- Prepare concise analyses reports and presentations for senior leaders; collaborate across global teams in a hybrid crosstimezone role with occasional travel.
Qualifications :
Global General Counsel and Ethics provides legal guidance and expertise to Deloitte Global the broader Deloitte organization and our business leaders. We advise on regulatory claims and corporate legal matters as well as additional issues that may pose novel or unique situations.
- Bachelors degree required; advanced degree preferred; project management certification beneficial.
- Minimum 7 years relevant experience in professional services or a large/multinational corporation including 1 year in a managerial role.
- Strong verbal and written communication; experience preparing and presenting to senior leadership; able to anticipate leadership needs.
- Organizational and PMO skills to manage multiple projects deadlines and stakeholders; advanced MS Office (Excel PowerPoint).
- Able to work effectively across countries and cultures and engage stakeholders on ethics topics; collegial team player in a global matrix.
- Strong problemsolving and delivery focus generate ideas and lead projects endtoend; detail and teamoriented.
- Comfortable working independently in unstructured environments managing projects with limited direction and performing well under pressure; diplomacy and poise.
- Preferred: experience in culturechange/risk management (Ethics & Compliance Quality Talent); data analysis/reporting skills beneficial. Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
