Job Description Customer Handling Supervisor (CHS) (Scanning Documents Data Entry)
Department: Operations / Customer Service
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for customers ensuring their queries and issues are handled promptly and professionally.
Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships to support business growth.
Shipment Coordination:
Monitor daily shipment activities to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
Coordinate with operations teams to resolve delivery issues damages or short cases.
Documentation:
Verify and maintain all customer documents including e-way bills NOCs and other necessary paperwork.
