Linux Admin ITSM/Service Now 2 Positions Job Description: 5 7 years of experience in Linux Administration

In-depth expertise in Linux OS administration including RHEL 7 8 and 9 with strong command-line proficiency Advanced OS troubleshooting and root-cause analysis (RCA) for complex production issues Automation and configuration management using Ansible including repeatable workflows Strong scripting skills in Bash Python and Perl for operational and remediation automation Experience with AIOps automation and auto-ticket remediation to reduce incident volume Virtualization platform experience with VMware Nutanix AHV and hypervisor fundamentals

ServiceNow operational execution (Incident Task Change) and ServiceNow Vulnerability Remediation (VR) Patch and vulnerability remediation experience using RHSA Satellite and BigFix Source control and automation delivery using GitLab and CI/CD pipeline Strong verbal and written communication skills time-sensitive problem solving and exposure to cloud and hybrid environments (Azure AWS) with hardware awareness (Cisco UCS Dell)
