Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end digital monitoring of Solar Power Block projects by managing complex dependencies and ensuring seamless communication between vendors engineering teams and executive stakeholders.
• Drive the configuration management including the integration of layers AutoCAD advanced BI tool expertise (Power BI/Tableau) to design and automate high-fidelity Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and Weekly Progress Reports (WPR) providing real-time visibility into site performance.
• Operational Stability & User Enablement: Guarantee post-deployment stability through proactive incident response technical troubleshooting and hands-on training to ensure field teams are proficient in digital site activities.

Job Accountabilities (Duties and Responsibilities)

Project Controls & Monitoring (Execution & Synchronization): Implementation & Platform Administration:

• Synchronize complex digital workstreams across Z2 project execution and collaborate closely with central platform initiatives to ensure cohesive digital adoption.
• Proactively manage cross-functional dependencies between Engineering Construction and the PMO to eliminate technical and operational bottlenecks.
• Drive daily progress updates by coordinating directly with site engineers to ensure real-time accuracy of field data.
• Establish and monitor site-level KPIs using BI tools to provide real-time visibility into project health and implement data-backed productivity improvements.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between EPC vendors the Design Engineering Centre (DEC) and internal executives to standardize digital reporting protocols.
• Lead cross-functional workshops to capture complex functional requirements and oversee their end-to-end implementation within the digital ecosystem.
• Provide comprehensive L1 and L2 technical support acting as the critical bridge between field engineers and the core technical development team.
• Develop custom scripts and DAX queries within BI tools (such as Power BI or Tableau) to automate progress reporting and real-time KPI visualization.
• Lead incident response efforts for digital tools swiftly resolving site-level technical roadblocks to prevent disruptions in daily progress reporting.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions and site visits to ensure field crews are proficient in using digital platforms for quality and progress compliance.
• Develop comprehensive instructional guidelines and SOPs for site staff covering transmittal management and digital field reporting standards.
