International People Operations Specialist (fmx)

We need you for:

• Supporting the operational implementation of employee experience initiatives across the employee lifecycle (e.g. onboarding daily employment experience offboarding)
• Acting as an operational contact point for international employees regarding experience and processrelated topics
• Coordinating people operations tasks for international employees including onboarding offboarding and documentation
• Supporting and coordinating Employer of Record (EOR) topics in close collaboration with the People Experience Lead
• Ensuring accurate documentation data maintenance and process adherence in peoplerelated systems
• Collaborating closely with People Finance Legal and external partners on operational topics
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of people processes and the international employee experience

Your profile:

• 3-4 years of professional experience in HR or People Operations
• Experience or strong interest in working with international or remote employees
• Structured reliable and handson working style with a strong sense of ownership
• Confident handling of digital tools; experience with HR systems is an advantage
• Very good command of English and German both written and spoken
• Fluency in at least one additional European language at a professional level
• Teamoriented mindset motivation to learn and develop and a proactive attitude
