How You Will Contribute

The successful candidate willsupport Product Owner/Senior Business Analyst with the following:
Proactively manage business stakeholders to obtain inputs needed for product developmentin a timely mannerand actively communicate changes and priorities to Business Technology and Senior Management.
Facilitate conversations with multiple stakeholders to obtain feedback for backlog management where competing priorities may exist.
Participate in Scrum or Kanban events (e.g. stand-ups retrospectives) to expressnew ideasfor improving product value or delivery efficiency and share with leadership asappropriate.
Monitor and keep abreast of emerging issues trends and evolving changes to the business industry and competitive environments and partner with the senior management to considerimpactsor changes to product strategy as needed.
Maintain a culture of risk management and control supported by effective processes in alignment with risk appetite.
Proactively raise issues that impede the efficient delivery of customer-focused increments and proactively engage business process partners to ensure customers and/or colleagues are prepared for all changes
Bringinga high levelof verbal and interpersonal communication skills to relate to other business and technology partners
Sourcing innovative solutions for intricate anddifficult situationsthrough strong resourceandproblem-solvingabilities
Establish andmaintainstandards for consistent dashboard and reporting formats
Demonstrate strong initiative and usestrong communication analytical andproblem-solvingskills to add value to each initiative project or team you are assigned to.
Participate as part of a team with targeted deliverables working on initiatives designed to improve decisions processes systems and applications which support our key businesses.
REQUIREMENTS
What You Bring to TD
Currently enrolledin an undergraduatetechnologyand/orbusiness-relateddegree such as Computer Science Engineering Math Business Technology Management Information Technology Managementor Technology Sciences
A curiosity and passion inboth business andtechnology
Creative market research and analysis abilitiesin order tostay current with trends relating toFinTechsandnew technologies
Excellentcommunication skills (oral and written)
Experience presenting data/ information to tell a story bothvisually and creatively
Exceptional Excel / data management skills
Strong ability to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to develop good relationships with business partners and stakeholders
General technical understanding Proficient in MS Office (Excel PowerPoint Word) and working experience with SharePoint
