Respond to leasing inquiries across phone email web and in person channels with professionalism and urgency Build meaningful rapport with prospective residents understand their needs and recommend options from CLVs diverse portfolio Conduct engaging in person and virtual tours that reflect strong product knowledge and genuine enthusiasm Guide future residents through the full leasing process from first interaction to move in Maintain accurate records in our CRM and property management systems while collaborating closely with Operations and Leasing Coordinators

The approximate salary range for this role is $45000 - $48000 annually plus uncapped commission. Top performers have the potential to earn $60000-$70000 year. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors including skills experience educational attainment professional designations internal equity and other job related requirements.
