This is a high-impact roleat the center of our preconstruction process - ideal for someone who enjoys estimating coordinating with subcontractors and working closely with both clients and project teams.

What Youll Do

Lead preconstruction coordination from design handoff through project kickoff
Perform quantity takeoffs and develop accurate project estimates
Solicit and level subcontractor bids
Build clear client-facing proposals with defined scope allowances and pricing
Coordinate walkthroughs permitting and preconstruction schedules
Assemble contracts and manage project documentation
Partner with Project Managers to ensure a smooth handoff to construction
Support active projects with change order pricing and site visits

What Were Looking For

Experience in estimating preconstruction or residential construction
Strong understanding of construction drawings and scopes
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Confident communicator with clients subcontractors and internal teams
Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
