About the Role

GetMeHealthcare is a fast-growing healthcare sales organization expanding nationally. Our Scottsdale AZ office supports over 200 agents and operates in a high-energy fast-paced environment.

We are hiring a Front Desk Coordinator to support daily office operations recruiting and onboarding. This role is ideal for someone with front desk office coordinator or receptionist experience who thrives in structured environments and enjoys being the first point of contact.

This is not a passive receptionist role. You will play a key role in interview coordination onboarding support scheduling and office administration directly impacting hiring efficiency and office performance.

  • Monday through Friday
  • Weekend availability required

Key Responsibilities

  • Front desk support and receptionist duties
  • Greet and check in interview candidates and office guests
  • Coordinate interview schedules and calendars
  • Support new hire onboarding and administrative paperwork
  • Assist with licensing coordination and compliance tracking
  • Maintain organized onboarding pipelines and internal systems
  • Perform office administrative tasks and daily office coordination
  • Maintain a clean professional front office environment

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Front Desk Coordinator Receptionist or Office Administrator preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • High attention to detail and reliability
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel)
