Sensigreen is expanding our fabrication capabilities and seeking a dependable skilled Sheet Metal Fabricator & Shop Personnel to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship works well in a fastpaced shop environment and wants to grow within a leading commercial HVAC company.

About the Role
This role supports the fabrication assembly and preparation of sheet metal ductwork and related components for commercial HVAC projects. The ideal candidate is detailoriented safetyfocused and capable of producing clean accurate work that meets Sensigreens standards and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate sheet metal ductwork fittings and accessories using shop equipment
- Operate brakes shears plasma tables and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret basic shop drawings cut sheets and fabrication lists
- Assemble duct sections transitions takeoffs and specialty fittings
- Maintain shop organization cleanliness and inventory
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and staging materials for field crews
- Perform quality checks to ensure all fabricated components meet specifications
- Support general shop operations and assist team members as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment
Qualifications
- Experience in sheet metal fabrication or HVAC ductwork preferred (training available)
- Ability to read basic drawings measurements and fabrication instructions
- Familiarity with shop tools such as brakes shears and hand tools
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable punctual and able to work in a teamoriented environment
- Valid drivers license preferred

Compensation: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
