Schedule: Rotating weekends required
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Specialist / Turnkey Associate to join our team. This role involves overseeing assigned departments supporting staff and delivering exceptional customer service while helping drive sales and build lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise train and support staff within assigned departments
Oversee daily operations and ensure departments run efficiently
Provide a high level of customer service on the retail floor
Work closely with customers to understand needs and recommend solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Assist with merchandising product displays and inventory organization
Maintain a clean organized and welcoming store environment
