1st Year OTE: $110000; 2nd Year OTE: $145000-$160000; 3rd Year OTE: $190000-$220000
Base Salary: $85000 Uncapped Commissions

Territory Sales Representative New Business Development (sales exp. req.) Description
Our client a commercial facilities services company is looking for a Territory Sales Representative to join their team in Burr Ridge. This individual contributor position focuses on generating new commercial contracts while also supporting and growing existing customer relationships. Most of your time will be spent prospecting new opportunities across the Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana markets targeting building owners property managers and maintenance leaders. Deal sizes typically range from $12K to $70K with an average around $25K and sales cycles typically span from a few weeks up to 34 months for larger accounts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking limited travel as most client meetings are conducted virtually. Our client is open to candidates coming from a blend of residential and commercial sales backgrounds especially individuals looking to further develop their business-to-business sales experience. Territory Sales Representative New Business Development (sales exp. req.) Responsibilities
Prospect and generate new business for commercial services
Manage and maintain a sales pipeline of prospects in the CRM
Follow up with leads to drive contract opportunities
Develop and present service proposals and pricing quotes
Build and maintain relationships with property managers and building owners
Conduct sales conversations primarily by phone with occasional in-person meetings
Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and requests
Follow up on quotes to advance deals through the sales cycle
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate quoting and service alignment
Track all activity and customer interactions within the CRM system
Territory Sales Representative New Business Development (sales exp. req.) Qualifications
3 years of new business development experience with exposure to selling into commercial clients required
Actively operating in a full-cycle sales hunting role required
Experience using a CRM required
Ability to work onsite daily in Burr Ridge required
