We are looking for a Commercial Real Estate Loan Administrator in Denver CO.
Essential Functions:
Coordinates the closing of residential and commercial real estate loans in accordance with loan approval terms legal requirements and bank policy.
- Contacts companies borrowers and attorneys to ensure completeness of documents.
- Order Commercial Real Estate and Homebuilder (Acquisition and Development and Vertical) appraisals in accordance with policy requirements
- Maintain homebuilder borrowing bases and process draws take downs and supporting documentation
- Performs document negotiations calculations and preparation of settlement statements.
- Reviews preliminary title reports exceptions surveys and project due diligence.
- Prepares the loan for transition to the disbursement analyst.
- Works in a fast paced deadline-driven environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Requires a bachelors degree and 2 years of residential and commercial loan processing documentation or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet qualification.
- Basic knowledge of lending procedures documentation and systems.
- Limited use and/or application of basic Real Estate loan administration principles theories and concepts.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
- Good organizational problem solving and analysis skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task.
- Requires good time management skills.
- Knowledge of compliance with federal and state regulations pertaining to the banking industry.
- Sound judgment and decision-making ability.
- Personal computer skills to include MS Office including word processing spreadsheets.

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $80000 $100000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience and location.
