Were currently looking for a Mobile Hydraulics Key Account Manager whos hands-on organized and ready to keep our inventory and operations moving at full speed!

What Youll Do

Customer Account Management

  • Serve as the main relationship owner for key mobile hydraulic customer accounts acting as a trusted advisor and problem solver.
  • Understand customers business models operational priorities and equipment needs to proactively provide and recommend solutions.
  • Develop and execute account plans to grow revenue expand product offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor order status delivery performance and after-sales support ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Supplier Relationship Management

  • Manage and strengthen the relationship and partnership with large strategic suppliers serving as the primary contact for communication contract negotiations and performance management.
  • Coordinate with procurement supply chain and operations to ensure consistent product availability competitive pricing and alignment on demand planning.
  • Monitor supplier KPIs and collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives.

Sales & Growth Initiatives

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand sales within existing accounts including upselling cross-selling and introducing new product lines.
  • Collaborate with suppliers inventory managers and sales leadership to develop targeted campaigns and sales strategy.
  • Track market trends competitor activities and industry developments to anticipate customer needs and supplier shifts.

Operational Coordination

  • Partner with operations logistics and service teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and on-time delivery.
  • Support forecasting budgeting and pricing strategy for assigned accounts and supplier programs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies safety regulations and contractual obligations.

What Youll Bring (Required)

  • Training and/or experience in mobile hydraulics.
  • Experience in Business Sales Supply Chain or a related field.
  • 5 years of account management experience in the heavy-duty truck commercial vehicle or related industry.
  • Experience managing both key customer accounts and strategic supplier relationships preferred.
  • Understanding of heavy-duty truck parts equipment and service operations.
  • Willingness to travel within region (W. PA N. WV E. OH) as needed (estimated 25-40%).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent relationship-building negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data identify trends and make strategic recommendations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems Microsoft Office Suite and relevant business software.

Physical & Work Requirements

  • Must have a dedicated home office space with reliable high-speed internet.
  • Occasional travel to other branches customer sites or training events.
