Working Student Project Management

In a nutshell
We are looking for a motivated and structured Working Student in Project Management to
support our team in planning coordinating and executing projects. This role is ideal for
someone who wants to gain hands-on experience while taking on ownership of smaller tasks
and contributing actively to project success.

Key Responsibilities
Support the planning coordination and execution of ongoing projects
Maintain and update project plans timelines and tracking tools
Prepare project documentation presentations and status reports
Coordinate tasks and follow-ups across different teams and stakeholders
Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks or delays
Organize and support meetings including documentation of action items
Contribute to process improvements and optimization of workflows

Requirements
Currently enrolled student (m/f/d) in Business Management Engineering Communications or a related field
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Structured and independent working style with attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with tools like Asana is a plus
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership
Languages: English (German is a plus)

Nice to Have
First experience in project management (e.g. internships student projects or working student roles)
Experience with data tracking reporting or analytics
Experience in coordinating teams or leading small initiatives
