Social Media & Community Management (mfd)

boOst is one of ten new Startup Factories in Germany based in Dresden Leipzig and Jena. We help early-stage founders go from idea to real company through sprints incubators and scale internationally through a strong international network.

Were looking for someone to join our marketing team and work directly alongside our Graphic Designer & Content Creator. Youll help us tell boOsts story across Instagram and LinkedIn manage our community and support the day-to-day creative output. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility from day one - perfect if you want to build a portfolio in startup marketing content and design.

What youll do

• Write captions for Instagram and LinkedIn posts
• Plan and publish posts and stories on a regular schedule
• Manage our community: reply to DMs and comments engage with relevant accounts follow up on inquiries
• Support content production: simple graphic work in Canva Figma or Adobe (templates already exist)
• Help with marketing tasks: content calendar maintenance in Notion basic reporting campaign coordination around events
• Occasionally support on-site at events (photo handover story coverage community interaction)

• Strong written German and English (C1); able to write in a clear human non-corporate tone
• Genuine interest in startups design and content marketing
• Reliable self-organized able to take ownership of recurring tasks
• Bonus: photography/video editing experience Notion knowledge prior community management
