We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Working Student to support our Billing & Payments Finance this role you will gain hands-on experience in financial operations and assist with our day-to-day accounting and billing processes.

• Support the daily operations of the Billing & Payments team to ensure smooth and accurate financial workflows.
• Handle the processing of incoming invoices ensuring they are accurately verified and recorded.
• Assist with the reconciliation of payments and journal entries across our systems to maintain high data integrity.
• Support the team with accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) topics helping to track manage and resolve open items.

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree program in Business Administration Finance Accounting Economics or a similar field.
• Good working knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel and Google Sheets) for daily operational tasks.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced finance team.
• Previous experience or familiarity with DATEV and/or QuickBooks will be a strong plus.
