What You Will Do

• Navigation of and data entry into applicable databases or quality systems (examples: CABS SHARP PRISM Net Inspect and Common PDM)
• Verify product and process compliance with respect to contractual technical industry AS9100 Quality Management System (QMS) requirements and internal policies
• Ensure identification physical control and disposition of non-conforming material
• Regularly interface with Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA)
• Interactions with off-site support functions and suppliers
• Participate in daily status meetings with the factory support factory management hourly employees and internal stakeholders

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a BS degree and a minimum of 1 year of lieu of a degree an Associates degree and 2 years of relevant experience or HS diploma and 4 years of relevant experience
• Manufacturing process experience in one of the following (assembly inspection test)
• Previous experience reviewing/interpreting engineering drawings work instructions Bill of Materials (BOMs) consumable materials control
• The ability to obtain and maintain an US security clearance prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
• The ability to obtain and maintain an ATF (Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco Firearms and Explosives) clearance prior to the start date

Qualifications We Prefer

• Bachelors degree from an accredited university
• Experience with as built reports in the CABS system
• Existing DoD Secret Clearance
• Experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 Quality Management System
• Strong interpersonal skills with experience in negotiating having difficult conversations and ability to work well with factory management hourly employees and internal stakeholders
• Six Sigma or ASQ Certification

Clearance Information:

This position requires security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS) an agency of the Department of Defense handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. More information about Security Clearances can be found on the US Department of State government website here

The salary range for this role is 57200 USD - 108800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including but not limited to individual performance business unit performance and/or the companys performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
