An AmLaw 100 law firm is seeking a Finance Associate to join its Corporate Trust team in Charlotte.
This is a strong opportunity for a junior associate to build experience in capital markets and structured finance transactions working with a well-established finance practice and sophisticated clients.
What Youll Be Doing
- Supporting corporate trust and capital markets transactions
- Working on structured finance deals
- Assisting with transaction documentation and deal execution
- Collaborating with deal teams on complex financing matters
What Theyre Looking For
- 23 years of finance capital markets or structured finance experience
- Strong drafting and analytical skills
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
