Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Center-Based
Hawthorne NY
Part-Time - paid per billable hour

The Role
This is a center-based BCBA role serving children with an average age range of 2-7 years focused on early intervention social development and school readiness.
Youll work in a collaborative clinical environment that primarily focuses on:
- Center-based ABA
- Early learners (ages 2 - 7)
- Strong clinical administrative and leadership support
What Youll Be Doing
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise mentor and support RBTs and Behavior Technicians
- Provided center-based 1:1 and supervisory ABA services
- Partner with families through training and collaboration
- Maintain accurate documentation data collection and reporting
- Participate in team meetings trainings and professional development
- Ensure compliance with BACB and relevant state LBA standards

Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Active NY LBA
- Experience supervising RBTs
- Experience working with children
