Job Summary
Location: Newmarket
Salary:per annum DOE up to 10000 annual bonus 5000 welcome bonus
Working Hours / Shift Pattern: 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent
Service: Childrens Home Specialist Mental Health
Service Users: Children aged 1218 years with mental health needs including high-risk behaviours and self-injurious behaviours
Qualifications Required: Level 3 Childrens Residential Care (essential); Level 5 Leadership & Management (preferred or to be completed within 6 months)
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in childrens residential care including at least 1 year in a supervisory role within the last 5 years
The Home:
A specialist 2-bed childrens home supporting young people with complex mental health needs. The service forms part of a wider therapeutic site and offers a multi-disciplinary approach including access to clinical professionals and education staff. The focus is on stabilisation therapeutic support and positive transitions.

An experienced and passionate Registered Manager with strong leadership capability and a genuine interest in supporting young people with mental health needs. You will be confident managing risk leading teams and delivering high-quality therapeutic care in line with Ofsted standards.
