The Adventure Ahead

You are joining a small high-impact team at the forefront of the AI revolution where we dont just talk about the futurewe build it. As an AI Operations Developer your mission is to transform Docebos internal engines by shipping AI-native applications that make our go-to-market and operations teams measurably faster. You will own the entire lifecycle of innovation turning bold ideas into working prototypes in days and delivering tools that redefine how a global SaaS company operates. This isnt a consulting gig; its a building role where your work has a direct visible impact on our revenue and customer success from day one.

The Day-to-Day

  • Ship Internal AI Apps: Architect and deploy web applications that automate complex analysis and surface critical insights for our Sales Marketing and RevOps teams.

  • Engineer AI Agents: Design sophisticated agents and automated workflows that handle repeatable tasks across the business ensuring they remain accurate through rigorous quality monitoring.

  • Bridge the Infrastructure: Collaborate with our infra experts to maintain the CI/CD pipelines cloud hosting and security protocols that keep your creations running smoothly.

  • Scale AI Literacy: Lead the charge in internal enablement by building prompt libraries hosting build days and creating playbooks that help every Docebo employee work smarter.

  • Own the Full Stack: Take projects from a stakeholder coffee chat to a fully deployed production application without waiting for handoffs or permissions.

  • Communicate the Vision: Step out of the IDE to present your work to non-technical leaders translating complex technical decisions into clear business value.

Your Superpowers

  • AI-Native Workflow: You dont just experiment with AI; you live in tools like Cursor Claude Code or Copilot to build 90% of your code at lightning speed.

  • Technical Discernment: You have the engineering foundation to spot the 10% that AI gets wrong and the hands-on skills to fix it manually.

  • Full-Stack Fluency: You are comfortable navigating APIs webhooks and SaaS integrations to connect our entire business ecosystem.

  • Agile Problem Solving: You prefer working prototype in days over perfect plan in months and thrive in a high-velocity iterative environment.

  • Stakeholder Empathy: You can translate business pain points into elegant architecture and explain your logic to anyone from a Sales rep to the CIO.
