• $19/hr.- $23/hr. starting pay (depending on experience & license)

• Apply fertilizers weed control and pest treatments
• Drive a company vehicle on assigned routes
• Communicate with customers professionally
• Maintain equipment and complete reports accurately
• Able to upsell services- Sale commission
• Help with aerations/seedings in fall

• Valid drivers license (required)
• Tennessee pesticide applicator license (preferred or willingness to obtain)-CO3 or CO7 BONUS for licensed pesticide applicators- $250 at start and $250 at 60 days.
• Reliable hard-working and able to work outdoors in all conditions
• Ability to raise 50 lbs bag
• Clean driving record
• Willing to have a background check
• Strong work ethics
