Group/Division Summary
The Controlled Temperature Technologies (CTT) business unit delivers industry-leading cold storage and cryopreservation solutions that protect critical biological materials. The LN2 Cryogenic Products portfolio includes liquid nitrogen freezers cryogenic storage systems and accessories supporting biopharma cell and gene therapy biobanking and research laboratories worldwide.
How You Will Make an Impact
You will lead global go-to-market strategy for the LN2 Cryogenic portfolio driving positioning messaging and demand generation to support revenue growth and market expansion. You will partner across commercial marketing and product teams to ensure strong product-market fit and effective commercialization.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Go-to-Market Strategy
- Own global GTM strategy; align cross-functional teams
- Define target segments applications and customer personas
- Develop value propositions and differentiated positioning
- Lead commercialization for new product introductions
Drive Demand & Commercial Execution
- Partner with marketing to execute campaigns and expand into new segments
- Develop sales enablement tools and deliver training
- Support launches events and customer engagement
Voice of Customer & Market Insights
- Gather and translate Voice of Customer insights into actionable strategies
- Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market trends
- Identify growth opportunities in core and adjacent applications
Product Lifecycle Support
- Support product lifecycle from launch through phase-out
- Monitor product performance and adoption
- Conduct win/loss analysis and support portfolio optimization
- Identify portfolio gaps and expansion opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Life Sciences or related field; MBA preferred
- 6 years of experience in product marketing commercial or business development roles within biotech pharma healthcare or industrial sectors
- Experience in cryogenic biopreservation or related technical markets preferred
- Experience launching new products in a global matrixed organization with cross-functional and commercial team engagement
- Experience with forecasting budgeting and pricing analysis
- Strong ability to collaborate across cross-functional and global teams
- Willingness to travel 2535% including domestic and international

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Pennsylvania is $103100.00$154700.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company team and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
