What Youll Do (Clinical Leadership Impact)
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and support onboarding
Develop and oversee individualized treatment and behavior support plans
Provide supervision coaching and mentorship to Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Partner with caregivers through meaningful parent training
Monitor progress through data-driven program adjustments
Maintain ethical and regulatory compliance (BACB state federal)
Collaborate closely with your Area Director and clinical leadership team
Support funding source communication as needed
What Were Looking For
Required Qualifications:
Masters degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification
2 years of experience supporting individuals with autism or related needs
Strong communication leadership and time management skills
