HR Generalist

Position Overview
Childrens Dental FunZone is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive HR Generalist to support our growing team. This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day human resources functions ensuring compliance with California labor laws. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented approachable and experienced in handling a wide range of HR responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support HR policies procedures and programs
• Manage employee onboarding offboarding and personnel records
• Ensure compliance with federal state and local employment laws
• Assist with payroll coordination audits and HRIS systems (e.g. ADP TotalSource)
• Handle employee relations issues investigations and conflict resolution
• Support benefits administration including enrollments and employee inquiries
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and reporting
• Assist with performance management and employee development initiatives
• Support training programs and compliance requirements

Qualifications

• 3 years of HR experience preferably in a multi-location environment
• Strong knowledge of California labor laws and HR best practices
• Experience with HRIS/payroll systems (ADP preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
