Position Summary
Performs clinical tasks related to assisting providers within the clinical areas.
Greets patients and visitors in a professional courteous manner at all times.
Maintains patient confidentiality respect and HIPAA guidelines at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Assists patients and providers preparing with examinations minor procedures within the office phlebotomy and/or collection of specimens.
- Performs blood pressures vital signs and physical assessment of patient through triage.
- Performs ancillary testing as ordered by providers.
- Completes clear accurate documentation within the patient medical record.
- Maintains all clinical areas with supplies necessary to function daily.
- Keeps exam rooms and work areas within the office clean and sanitary at all times.
Minimum Education
- HS diploma or equivalency is required
- Certification as Medical Assistant and/or completion of a Medical Assistant certification program preferred
Minimum Work Experience
- Medical office experience preferred

Pay Range:
$21.00 - $28.26The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors that may include seniority education training relevant experience relevant certifications geographyof work location job responsibilities or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials call pay premium pay overtime pay and other additional pay practices as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
