Position Overview

The HR Business Partner plays acriticalrole in supporting field leaders and team members across a large multi-site workforce. This role serves as the primary HR partner for assigned markets providing guidance and support in employee relations performance management policy interpretation leaves and accommodations leader coaching and change management.This is a remote role with regular travel including overnight travel as needed to support business and operational needs.

Operating witha high levelof autonomy this role partners closely with Operations Directors Practice ManagersMedicalLeaders and HR partners to drive consistent HR practices strengthen leader effectiveness support employee experience and ensure scalable people processes aligned withAmeriVetscontinued growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned marketssupporting Operations DirectorsandMedical Leaders

  • Manage routine to complex employee relations matters including workplace conflict performance concerns policy violations disciplinary issues and employeecomplaints

  • Coach leaders on performance management documentation corrective action and consistent application of company policies andpractices

  • Support leaders in making sound employment decisions including performance actions promotions transfers andseparations

  • Apply and interpret company policies in alignment with business needs and employmentpractices

  • Partner with the Senior HR Director on escalated or high-risk employee matters and broader field HR priorities

  • Support leaves and accommodations requiring leader guidance or issue escalation in partnership with the HR Generalist and Unum

  • Monitor workforce trends and HR metrics within assigned markets and recommend actions to improve employee experience retention and operationalstability

  • Support talent reviews succession planning discussions and development planning for fieldleaders

  • Assistwith organizational changes practice transitions acquisitions closures restructures and other changeinitiatives

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Payroll Benefits HR Operations Compliance Legal and field leadership to support consistent HRexecution

  • Provideday-to-day guidance to the HR Generalist as needed to support follow-through documentation and casecoordination

  • Conduct regular practice visits andmaintainstrong field relationships to support business and teamneeds

  • Supportadditionalprojects and initiatives asassigned

Education & Experience

  • Experience supporting a large multi-site workforce

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field

  • At least five years of progressive human resources experience including employee relations and leader supportexperience

  • Experience supporting field-based service-oriented or multi-location operations stronglypreferred

  • Strong background in employee relations performance management policy interpretation and leader coaching

  • Experience handling routine to complex employee matters with sound judgment anddiscretion

  • Strong partnership communication and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to assess issuesidentifyrisk and provide practical business-alignedrecommendations

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced evolvingenvironment

  • Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications preferred; Workday experience is a plus.

  • HR certification such as PHR SPHR SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCPpreferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Office work and standing and walking during practice visits.

Travel

  • This role drives excellence in people strategy leader support and organizational performance across multiple sites in their assigned region. The number of sites will range between 100120. This position can be based anywhere on the East Coast and will require travel up to 50% of the time to assigned practices.
