Corporate Mid-Level Associate

Greenberg Traurig (GT) a global law firm has an exciting full-time employment opportunity for an Associate in theCorporatePractice of our Las Vegas office. The ideal candidate will be based in Las Vegas and have a three to six years of significant experience incorporatetransactions with an emphasis on public and private M&A venture capital and angel investments. Candidates must have a strong working knowledge of acquisition agreements and the other documentation used in complex M&A and private equity transactions and proficiency in drafting the same. This position requires a candidate with strong interpersonal skills a high degree of maturity and a proven willingness to accept significant responsibility and manage a challenging workload within a fast-paced environment. Strong academic credentials and writing skills are essential. Candidates must be admitted to the Nevada Bar. The expected pay range for this position is:

$185000-$225000 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience location and other job-related factors permitted by law.
