Enrollment Registered Nurse (RN)

The Position: We are looking for a full-time Enrollment/ Intake Registered Nurse (RN) to provide care to patients via their individual care plans. The client offers the following compensation package:
- $80000- $103000 Salary Based on Experience

Responsibilities:
- Monday- Friday
- 8:00am- 4:00pm
- No Nights
- No Weekends
- Frequent Local Travel
- Conducts Assessments to determine prospective patients eligibility for the Pace Program.
- See Patient in Their Home and the Centers
- No On Call Responsibilities
Requirements:
- MA RN Licensed
- CPR Certified
- Covid Vaccination not required. Flu shot required for all staff.
- MDS Assessment Experience preferred ( Minimum Data Set)
- Must Have Experience Working with the Geriatric Population
- Build Strong Relationships With Participants
- Must Have Great Communication Skills
