Job Summary
Location: West Sussex
Working Hours / Shift Pattern: Full time average 42 hours per week on a five-week rolling rota of two days on three days off (work any day of the week)
Employment Type: Permanent
Sleep-ins: Sleep-in duties at the home with pay per sleep (room provided)
Service: Residential Childrens Home
Service Users: Looked After Children with therapeutic and needs-led support requirements
Qualifications Required: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (advantageous but not essential training/support provided to achieve this nationally recognised qualification)
Experience Required: Experience working in a caring environment with children and/or adolescents; prior experience in childrens homes is ideal
The Home: Part of a group of nine residential childrens homes throughout Sussex and Surrey providing nurturing medium to long-term non-institutional environments focused on positive life outcomes
