As a Senior Manager Organizational Design you will deliver comprehensive support to clients by leading end-to-end transformation initiatives that align with the organizations overall strategy

  • Partner with skilled PwC professionalsonhigh-profile client engagements.

  • Lead a wide range of business development activities to helpidentifyopportunities with new/existing clients in collaborationwith account leads

  • Lead multiple complexorganizational designengagements at a time covering topics that include but not limited toorganizational diagnostic organizational structure operating models transformationgovernanceand roadmaps and change management.

  • Facilitate and lead innovative and inspiring client workshops and lead client teams

  • Manage engagement economics oversee high-quality work and ensure delivery excellence

  • Coach others recognize their strengths and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development

  • Drive the creation of innovative products accelerators and methodologies that define the future ofthe workforcein the Agentic AI era

  • Keep up to date on trends across the AI and organizational design landscape sharing insights and contributing to thought leadership

  • Significant experiencedeliveringorganizationaltransformation services in multiple industries in consulting or in-house roles

  • Demonstrated experience in multiple Workforce Transformation areas such asOrganizational DiagnosticOperating Model Design and ImplementationImpacts of AI on talent and workforceandChange management

  • Ability for storytelling and building executive presentations

  • Strongtrack recordof leading and managing teams to achieve sustained results while mentoring and developing future leaders

  • Experience leading proposals and related presentations to lead sales efforts

  • Experience managing multiple engagements and coaching different teams acrossvarious topicsand domain

  • Ability to createnew salesopportunities from new and existing clients

  • Strong client relationships driven by service excellence

  • Creative approach to solving client challenges and eagerness to learn and understand processes

  • Ability to multi-task and manage ambiguity in fast-paced environments

  • A strong communicator and storyteller capable of simplifying complex concepts

  • Prior experience in a Consulting environment is highly recommended

  • The successful candidaterequiresfluency in English in addition to French asthey willbe requiredto support or collaborate with English-speaking clients colleagues and/or stakeholdersduring the course oftheir employment with PwC Canada

The salary range for this position is $168000 - $218000. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada base salary is determined by your skills experience qualifications and work addition to base salary eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements.
