Position Overview:

AsPrincipalSolution Consultant PLEyouwillact asseniortechnicalconsultingexpertprovidesenior technicalguidanceand contributetechnicalexpertisetocomplexpre-salesengagementsin North Americafor PLE andMBSEsupporting ourkeyApplication Lifecycle Management (ALM) solutions:Codebeamer Pure Variantsand MBSE solutions. This rolefocusesonsupportingPLE in combination with MBSE includingALM/PLE and MBSEpatterns/architectures customer onboarding and long-termcustomersuccess initiatives across enterprise clientsmainlyinregulated industries such as automotive aerospace and medical devices.
You willbe part oftheglobalPLEexpertsolution consulting &servicesteam.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & present technical presentations and customized demonstrationsof PTCCodebeamerand Pure Variantsincluding integrations with Windchill and 3rdpartyMBSE solutions such as Catia Magicto customers prospects and partners(technical andexecutive audiences).

• Collaborate cross-functionallywith SalesCSMProductManagement R&D and Support to ensureseamlesscustomer experience.

• Plan manage anddeliverPOCs (proof of concepts)and technical workshops based oncustomer and partnerrelatedbusiness needswith a focus on PLE processmethodsand tools.

• Act as asolution architectfor customerengagementswithindefined solution architecture working with our partners solutioncentersand R&D.

• Represent PLEinitiativesat key North American PTC internal eventsand external eventsjointly with customers.

• As aseniortechnical advisorsuggest potential solutions and/or alternatives to key customer and partner challenges.

• Supportthe salesteamin qualifying potential opportunitieswith current customerspartnersor prospects with the goal offosteringcustomer adoption and value realizationofPLE withPure VariantsCodebeamerand third 3rdparty MBSE solutionssuch as Catia Magic.

• Develop technical responsesfor customer requests for information (RFIRFPetc.)

• Stay current on industry trends in systems engineeringINCOSEDevOpsAviation & Defensecompliance (e.g.DO178c ARP4754) and Automotive compliance (e.g.ISO 26262 ASPICESOTIF)

Required Qualifications:

• 10 years in professional services or solution delivery within enterprise softwareor Process Methods & Tools department of enterprise clients.

• 5 years inseniorengineering/consultantrolesfor PLE MBSE and /or ALM.

• 5 years in Defense and Aerospace industry and/or Automotive industry

• Familiarity withPLEprocess methods and toolsbased on IS26580andSystems Engineering practices based on IS015288 and INCOSE Systems Engineering Handbook

• Proven knowledge of MBSE framework such asSysMod Magic Grid Harmony SE

• Hands-on Experience withPure Variants Catia Magic andCodebeamerorsimilarproducts.(e.g.IBMDNG SiemensPolarionRVS JAMA).

• Knowledge ofSysMLv1 andSysMLv2

• Proven success insupporting /building /operatingimplementations inhighlyregulated industriessuch as Defense Aerospace and Automotive.

• Strongcommunicationpresentationand stakeholder management skills.

• Masters degreeor equivalentinEngineering Computer Science or related field.

PreferredSkills andKnowledge:

• INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP or ESEP)

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira Git Jenkins and other DevOps toolchains.

• OMG System Modelling Certified

• Knowledge of PLM domain

PTC carefully considers a wide range of factors when determining compensation. The anticipated annual salary range for this position is between $164400-$222360. The anticipated annual salary range encompasses both the base salary and the on-target incentive compensation that may be attained in this role. The salary range reflects a good-faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting.

Actual compensation may vary based on a candidates skills qualifications experience and location.
