Job Summary
Posting Summary
Provide comprehensive support to the faculty staff and students for the departments and programs in the College of Engineering and Mathematical Sciences in the conduct of their academic and programmatic work. Work with administrators faculty staff and students in the coordination and set up of events meetings workshops and programs including room reservations outside vendor coordination IT and space needs and catering requests. Collaborate with department chairs and department faculty on projects such as ABET accreditation academic reports curriculum revisions website updates correspondences and reappointment promotion and tenure reviews. Provide support and participate in the delivery of department and college events and the Colleges faculty recruitments.
Desirable Qualifications
Knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials. Experience coordinating events including conferences and workshops.
