We are seeking a highly experienced Analytics leader to lead our Analytics team to provide best in class data and analytics support to the Casino business and wider FanDuel organization. As the Senior Director of Analytics for the Casino business you will lead the analytics function to drive actionable insights across Commercial Marketing Product Technology and more.
The ideal candidate will possess strong experience leading large scale highly effective Analytics teams. You will set the vision strategy and roadmap for how we measure performance understand customers and optimize our most important marketing bets across the lead and own how your team translates data into clear recommendations turning complex performance trends and data sets into clear strategic narratives that shape how make decisions and prioritize our investments and resources across the business. You will lead and develop a high-performing team orchestrating cross-functional efforts across all teams with Analytics and leveraging data/automation/AI to transform decision making both inside and outside of isa high-impacthighly visible role for a leader who canoperateat boththe strategicandoperationallevels and drive measurable business outcomes through analytics storytelling and influence.

- Lead and develop the Casino Analytics strategy and roadmapandthe principles for which we hold ourselves accountable to provide value to the business.
- Oversee in-depth performance analysis acrossproduct featuresplayer behaviorsmarketing campaigns and moretoidentifytrends customer behaviors and growth opportunities. Translate complex analytics into clearactionablerecommendationsthat canhelp todrive the business forward.
- Lead the strategy for automation and self-servicewhere reasonable and effective moving analytics teams and stakeholders toutilizeanalytics assets that enable faster more precisedecisions across the business.
- Act as the primaryAnalytics thought partnerfor the Casino businessand cross-functional leadersacross FanDuel embedding data-driven decision-making into planning and execution. Create clarity and alignment across teams by ensuring shared definitions of success consistent reporting and clear visibility into performance drivers and tradeoffs.
- Ownand prioritizehigh-impact analyticsroadmapfrom opportunity sizing through execution and impact tracking. Bring structure discipline and urgency to these efforts ensuring rigorous prioritization clear ownership and measurable business outcomes.
- Build lead and develop a high-performing analytics team with strong technical commercial and storytelling capabilities. Set clear expectations coach for impact and foster a culture of curiosity accountability and continuous improvement that raises the bar for analytics across the organization.

- Bachelors Degree in a numerate major (Math Stats Econ etc.) or relevant experience in data and business analysis.
- Minimumof10yearsof professional experienceplus5years management experienceis preferred
- An energizing andpassionateleaderthat is proven to be effective at building and developing high performing teams
- High familiarity with advanced Analytics techniques and BI tools
- Knowledgeand experienceof statistical modeling A/B testing and experimental design
- Demonstrated experience using data visualization softwareand storytellingto convey analysis in aneasily digestibleformat.

The applicable salary range for this position is $210000 - $263000 USD which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience location business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical vision and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation including but not limited to cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
