Posting Summary
Lead UVMs work to advance student success through the lens of human sexuality in collaboration with the Director of the Prism Intercultural Center and the Men & Masculinities Program Director. Administer and manage the ongoing operations and development of Prism programs. Assess challenges and opportunities related to the educational developmental social and safety needs of students faculty staff and alumni with varying sexualities. Define strategies to address these challenges and capitalize on opportunities. Work with appropriate academic and social success affiliates by providing advocacy programming resources and opportunities that strengthen connections among students faculty and staff of all sexualities. Collaborate with other areas of the UVM community to promote student success using the lens of human sexuality. Report to the Director of the Prism Intercultural Center.
Desirable Qualifications
Experience in higher education is highly desirable.
