As a leader in our top tier welding team you have a major impact on our customers and business. You work to run crews on job sites as well as performing the work making solid decisions for the customer our work team and business.

Are you motivated by this work

• Lead work site operations to complete jobs on time and within target budget margins
• Proficiency in Pipe Fitting
• Join fabricate and repair metal by utilizing appropriate welding techniques
• Collaborate with the Customers and Engineering teams to ensure to meet all project specifications
• Communicate project progress and/or difficulties for necessary support and guidance
• Assemble fabricated materials and equipment
• Interpret blueprints specifications diagrams or schematics to determine the appropriate welding processes for us
• Oversee site inventory

Base Salary Range: $53144 - $91104

• Prior experience as a job site leader
• Two or more years experience operating as a commercial welder on stainless steel
• Demonstrated understanding of inventory protocols
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office particularly Outlook Excel & Word
• Prior experience in a customer facing role
• Must be able to follow and convey clear instruction
• Thorough knowledge of welding best practices and safety procedures
