TheRelease Train Engineer/Senior Scrum Masterwillfacilitateand guide teams throughanAgile Digital Transformationtracking achievementagainstexecution timelines andencouragingadoption of Agile Standards and Best Practices across an enterprise-level addition theRelease Train Engineer/Senior Scrum Masterwillfollow through oncontinuous improvementefforts gathering feedbackrequirements and prioritiesfrom the customer to drive efficiency transparency will include in-person events trainings workshopswith up to several hundred success inadvancing lasting cultural changeacross multiple teamsisproficientinAgile methodologiesandiscommittedtomeetingthe customer where they are todrive Admin experience with Jira and Confluence Train Engineer/Senior Scrum Mastermustfeel comfortable configuring new JiraScrum and Kanbanboards creating JiraissuesconfiguringJiraPlansand defining roadmaps and writing JQL Train Engineer/Senior Scrum Mastermust be able to work independently train otherson Agilemethodologies and how to use Jira/Confluence to track workas well as brainstorm innovative solutions with teammates via MS Teams callschatand ideal candidate will be motivated to learn and continuously improve and grow as a military experience or work with the Department of Defense is a of Secret Clearance isrequiredprior to start.

- Independently leadAgile ceremoniesenforcestandardsand bestpracticesandindependentlytrainothers onestablishingAgile ceremonies andupholdingbestpracticeson Scrum or Kanban teams
- Establishand alignAgile ceremonycadenceacrossan Agile Release Train or Divisionto align with Enterprise standards including Daily Stand Ups Sprint Planning Retrospectives Sprint ReviewsBacklog Refinementsetc.
- LeadDivisionand Branch levelAgileevents such as Planning offsitesand training sessions
- FacilitateDivision and Branch levelsAgile workshopsand Agile assessmentsto evaluate value delivery andteam structure
- Lead by example and drive cultural change through embodying anAgile mindset whileestablishingand helping to enforceBusiness Rules and Best Practices
- Learn how to configureJira to ensureproperhierarchical alignment in theproduct roadmap
- Mustbe willing/able to learnand train otherson the Sabel approach to AgileandJira/Confluencestandards and best practices
- Manage Confluence spacesupdating the Agile Knowledge Management System with new documentation includingAgile/Jira/Confluenceprocesses practices and lessons learned
- Establish and leadScrum of Scrums discussing and deconflicting cross-team dependencies
- Mentor and train others how to link Jira issues togethertoidentifydependencies
- AssistDivision and Branch levelStakeholderswith definingCapabilities and Initiatives KPIs and Objectives
- Supportteamor enterprise-widecollaboration sessions as needed
- Createorassistwith creatingAgile presentations and how-to guidesproofreading for correctness and ensuring proper spelling grammar and punctuation prior to release to customer
- Conduct remote and/or in-personAgileproduct demonstrations asrequired
- Collaborate directly with teamsin person andover MS Teams callschator email to understandanyconcerns and gather feedbackor requirements
- Coordinateappropriate meetingtimes with teammates send a MS Teams invite and join calls on-time scheduling and attending follow-up meetings as needed
- Maintain professional communications and appearance with customers and team members responding to emails andparticipatingin MS Teams callsand onsite eventsappropriately
- Attend daily stand-ups (DSUs) Sprint Reviews Retrospectives and any other team meetings on time
- Manage individual daily work tasks within a Jira board
- Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
- US Citizen
- Obtain a minimum of Secret clearance prior to startwith ability toupgrade to TS
- Strong spoken and written English skills
- Bachelors degree with 2-4 years of Scrum Masteror higherexperience
- Active Scrum Master Certification such as Certified Scrum MasterSAFeScrum Master orDisciplined Agile Scrum Master
- Activeintermediate/advancedScaled Agile Certification such as Release Train Engineer or Practice/ProgramConsultantis a plus
- Proficient MS Office 365 User
- IntermediateProject/Space Administrator Jira/Confluence skills
- Familiaritywith Scaled Agile Framework(SAFe) methodologies and ceremonies
- Experience working on a Scrumor Kanbanteam and implementing Agile methodologies
- Experience working on an Agile Release Train or Solution Train
- Experience mentoring/teaching others Agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong communicationskills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to telework with clear phone and internet connectivity
- Prior military experience or work with the Department of Defense is a plus
- Mustwork onsitewith customer3 days per weekin El Segundo California and travel up to anadditional10% to support customer events. Position will work pacific hours of approximately 8am-5pm

Salary and Benefits
The range for this position is between $153000 and $163000. Actual salary will be negotiated with this positions Hiring Manager and can vary depending on the following factors: Billable contract and labor category experience skills education /certifications/ licenses & geographic location.
