Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics repairs and maintenance on General Motors vehicles.
• Utilize OEM tools technology and service information to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide expert-level support and guidance to junior technicians.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through quality workmanship and professionalism.
• Keep accurate records of services performed and parts used.
• Stay current with GM training and certification requirements.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies.

Requirements

• GM Master Technician certification is required.
• Minimum of 3 years experience working on General Motors vehicles.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
