The Role

Youll play a central role in the day-to-day oversight of a global fixed income investment portfolio.

This is a fully hands-on position ideal for someone who wants ownership complexity and autonomy without formal people management responsibilities.

Your remit will include:

• Daily and monthly cash and position reconciliations
• Trade confirmation and settlement across global markets
• Securities and cash transfers corporate action processing and proxy voting
• Performance and management reporting
• Custodian and trust account set-up SWIFT connectivity
• Monitoring off-balance sheet collateral and counterparty exposure
• Supporting audit and driving operational enhancements

Youll act as the operational subject matter expert in Dublin working closely with global stakeholders and senior finance leadership.

Your Background

Youll likely bring:

• 5 years of Fixed Income Investment Operations experience
• Strong experience confirming and settling trades across global markets
• Deep product knowledge across fixed income derivatives and alternative investments
• Understanding of collateral agreements (CSAs)
• Exposure to Solvency II or NAIC reporting (beneficial)
• Strong systems experience (Bloomberg AIM/PORT/MARS Clearwater JP Morgan BNY Nexen HSBCnet CTM ALERT)
• Advanced Excel skills; SQL knowledge advantageous

Most importantly youre detail-oriented commercially aware and enjoy owning a process end-to-end.
