Schedule: Monday & Wednesday: 87 Tuesday: 812 Thursday & Friday: 85
Compensation: $75000$90000/year (based on experience)
Incentives: $20000 signon bonus $350/month student loan repayment
Select Physical Therapy is seeking a fulltime Occupational Therapist Hand Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic center in Trinity FL. Our clinic treats a broad range of upperextremity diagnoses including tendon injuries sprains and strains postoperative fractures and other complex hand and wrist experience is preferred. We welcome new graduates with Level II fieldwork in hands as well as experienced hand therapists. Comprehensive mentorship is available including structured development toward CHT certification.
You will work in a wellequipped facility alongside leading hand surgeons utilizing evidencebased interventions and individualized treatment programs as part of our nationally recognized Hand Therapy team.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the evaluation plan of care treatment re-evaluation discharge and appropriate communications of high quality hand therapy services to patients and customers.
- Develop treatment plans supervise assistants and aides contribute to case management and provide quality patient care.
- Maintain positive level of interaction with facilities and clients. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.
- Stay current and up to date with Occupational Therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB clinician expertise patient perception).
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Active national registration and state licensure (required at start)
- Current CPR certification
- Valid state drivers license
- Completion of Level II fieldwork in hand therapy or prior experience as a hand therapy clinician
