Job Description:
Join our team at Interim HealthCare in Muncy PA For a WIlliamsport client. As a CNA or HHA you will provide essential personal care and assist with daily living activities helping clients maintain their dignity and quality of life. You will work closely with a dedicated interdisciplinary team to provide care under the supervision of a nursing plan and facility guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal hygiene including bathing grooming dressing skin care and oral hygiene
- Help patients with toileting elimination and maintaining comfort
- Ensure a safe clean environment by utilizing infection control measures like handwashing and PPE use
- Observe and report patient condition and vital signs to the supervisor
- Assist with ambulation transfers range of motion exercises
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CNA or HHA certification
- Must be 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation within the Williamsport area
- CPR/BLS certification preferred
