Job Summary

A large eCommerce company is seeking a Director of Online Sales to oversee and grow its Walmart marketplace channel while managing relationships and ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities Include:

Oversee the companys Walmart marketplace sales channel
Manage relationships with Walmart representatives
Monitor and optimize product listings
Ensure compliance with marketplace requirements and policies
Develop strategies to grow sales and improve performance
Track performance metrics and identify growth opportunities
Coordinate with internal teams to support marketplace operations

Ideal Qualifications:

Experience managing Walmart marketplace accounts
Strong understanding of eCommerce operations and marketplace compliance
Ability to analyze sales performance and drive growth strategies
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Organized and detail-oriented with strong operational oversight
Experience working with large eCommerce catalogs preferred
