About The Role:

Were looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Specialist to support the end-to-end lifecycle of apparel this role you will act as a key liaison between internal teams and factory partners ensuring clear communication on-time production and consistent product quality. Youll manage critical milestonesfrom buy planning and sample tracking to bulk fabric approvals and final productionwhile maintaining accurate reporting and seasonal trackers.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage daily communication with factories on production status.
  • Prepare & distribute Weekly Production Summary Report
  • Calculate confirm and enter all seasonal buy dates into Buy Plan
  • Manage & track PP & TOP sample status.
  • Review Pre Production & Top Of Production samples to ensure correct product execution
  • Prepare visual comments and fit comments against approved PP & TOP samples & tech packs.
  • Track bulk fabric status.
  • Review and communicate bulk fabric comments & approvals to factories.
  • Maintain detailed seasonal approval tracker.
  • Ensure product claims are tested and meet legal compliance requirements and follow sustainability trends.
  • Conduct and communicate greige projections to ensure capacity planning meets bulk requirements for factory production.
  • Attend Fittings.
  • Manage Quality Assurance.
  • Approve product care label and MSRP sticker pdfs from vendors.
  • Gather wash & care instructions for new products and handover to E-commerce team.
  • Order and track Key Account TOP samples.
  • Assist in SMU product management.
  • Manage & organize physical sample library and fabrics by season & category.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree required.
  • 4 years of production experience required.
  • Production experience in apparel a must.
  • Product development experience a plus.
  • Extremely organized and hard-working.
  • Strong communicator with both external suppliers and internal partners.
  • Calendar & deadline oriented.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Very proficient in Excel and Outlook.
  • Understanding of colors and fabrications.
  • Understanding of TOP sample processes.

Location & Office Structure:This is an in-office hybrid position mandatory 4 days per week in office in Irvine CA with the option to work from home 1 day per week. Subject to change without notice as per company guidelines.

Compensation:The salary range for this position is $66560 to $79000 plus opportunity for annual bonus; salary is based on the experience that you bring to the position.
