We are currently seeking a committed and reliable Personal Care Attendant/Caregiver to join our growing team.

**Job Summary:**

As a Personal Care Attendant/Caregiver you will play a crucial role in providing assistance and support to clients in their homes. Your primary responsibility will be to help individuals with daily living activities ensuring their comfort safety and well-being. You will work closely with clients and their families to maintain dignity and independence while providing compassionate care.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Assist clients with personal care activities including bathing grooming dressing and toileting.
• Help with mobility and movement including transferring clients in and out of bed or vehicles.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients engaging them in conversation and activities.
• Assist with meal preparation and ensure clients receive proper nutrition.
• Medication assistance and monitoring clients health conditions
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry cleaning and maintaining a safe and tidy living environment.
• Document and report any changes in clients conditions to the appropriate healthcare team members.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

**Qualifications:**

• DRIVERS LICENSE IS REQUIRED
• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in caregiving or personal care preferred.
• Minium of 5 years experience in a caregiving role or similar position is a plus (agency company facility or related businesses).
• Knowledge of basic caregiving principles personal hygiene and safety practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate patient and empathetic demeanor.
• Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license preferred.
• REQUIRED TRAINING:
  • CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
  • Direct Care Worker (DCW) certificate
  • Fingerprint Clearance Card
