Are you an experienced Site Installation Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality automotive projects on time and within budget We are seeking a driven and hands-on professional to lead site-based installations within fast-paced automotive environments.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering cutting-edge projects across leading automotive manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate all on-site installation activities within automotive facilities

Develop review and implement RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements) to ensure safe working practices

Lead supervise and motivate site teams and subcontractors to achieve high-performance results

Act as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring expectations are clearly understood and consistently met

Monitor project progress to ensure delivery on time and within budget

Ensure full compliance with health & safety quality and industry standards

Proactively resolve on-site challenges while maintaining productivity and quality standards

What Were Looking For

Proven experience managing installations within the automotive or manufacturing sector

Strong working knowledge of RAMS and HSE requirements

Excellent leadership communication and client-facing skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced site environment

Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on on-time in-budget delivery
