About The Role
As a key leader within the Product Marketing team youll drive meaningful business impact by shaping strategy influencing cross-functional decisions and bringing clarity to how we take our products to market. Youll collaborate across disciplines apply deep market and customer insight and play a critical role in accelerating ScalePads growth in an increasingly AI-driven landscape. This role will join ScalePad at an exciting transformational time and you will have the opportunity to drive the positioning messaging and category success for Customer Success.
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Product Marketing we are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager who will own the go-to-market strategy and execution for a key product portfolio within the ScalePad Platform. This is a highly strategic and cross-functional role that requires strong business acumen technical fluency and a deep understanding of how AI is rapidly transforming our industry. The ideal candidate understands our market customers and competitive landscape and is highly fluent in emerging AI technologiestranslating both product capabilities and AI-driven innovation into clear differentiated positioning and impactful GTM strategies.
You will operate at the center of Product Sales Marketing Customer Success and Leadership teams to drive alignment influence product direction and ensure consistent high-quality execution across all partner-facing motions. You bring an AI-first mindsetproactively identifying how advancements in AI can shape our messaging enhance differentiation and unlock new opportunities for growth and customer value.
You will own your product portfolio end-to-endshaping strategy driving execution and delivering measurable impact on adoption expansion and overall business performance while helping ScalePad stay at the forefront of an AI-enabled future.
Responsibilities

Go-to-Market Strategy & Product Launches
- Own the end-to-end GTM strategy for your portfolio - prioritizing what matters most driving high-impact launches and ensuring every motion is tied to measurable business outcomes (pipeline adoption revenue) while bringing a sophisticated approach to launches.
Messaging Positioning & Category Narrative
- Define how we win in the marketcrafting sharp differentiated positioning (especially around AI innovation) that sales can sell customers understand and competitors cant easily replicate and be able to translate that into sales enablement and assets that help us win.
Growth Customer Insight & Market Intelligence
- Turn customer product and market signals into actionidentifying growth opportunities influencing roadmap decisions and continuously improving how we acquire retain and expand customers
Pricing Packaging & Monetization Strategy
- Help shape how we monetizealigning packaging and pricing to customer value driving expansion opportunities and ensuring we capture the full potential of our offerings
Sales Enablement & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Be the strategic partner to Sales and Customer teamsequipping them with the right narratives tools and confidence to win while driving alignment and clarity across the organization
AI-Driven GTM & Competitive Advantage (Critical)
- Lead with an AI-first mindsetstaying ahead of rapid advancements and translating them into differentiated messaging smarter GTM strategies and more efficient high-impact marketing execution
Ownership & Impact
- Operate like an ownermaking smart decisions in ambiguity focusing on outcomes over outputs and raising the bar for how product marketing drives business results at ScalePad
Your Strengths and Skills
We care about what you can do more than where youve done it. However experience in the following areas will help you hit the ground running in this role:
- 5-7 years of professional experience in SaaS Product Marketing and customer marketing
- Proven experience with go-to-market (GTM) processes and building effective plans to bring new products and features to market in a B2B SaaS role.
- Experience working on/ owning pricing in a B2B setting and being able to apply critical thinking to how we solve complex pricing scenarios.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on customer insights market dynamics and measurable outcomes
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and their practical applications in SaaS products
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new AI developments and translate them into GTM opportunities - Curiosity and proactive learning mindset to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.
- Experience positioning AI-driven products or features in a clear credible and differentiated way
- Superior project management and organization skills as well as detail-oriented and thorough.
- Experience with the following would be an asset: JIRA Confluence Hubspot Looker Amplitude Asana Gong.
- Exceptional time management interpersonal communication decision making and organization skills are table stakes.
- A track record of navigating ambiguity and turning it into action
- Strong ability to translate technical concepts into clear compelling messaging
