**this is a hybrid (4 days in office) position based out of our offices located in either Downtown Toronto ON or Vancouver BC**

Who You Are

You are a strategic marketer and persuasive communicator with a sharp eye for detail and a strong understanding of how occupier clients make decisions. You excel at translating complex market business and advisory insights into clear compelling positioning and pursuit narratives. You are comfortable working in a fastpaced collaborative environment alongside senior leaders advisors research professionals and creative teams. You value brand clarity and precision and take pride in producing highquality work that strengthens client relationships and drives new business outcomes.

What You Bring

• Postsecondary degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field or equivalent experience

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience supporting pursuit strategy proposals and clientfacing marketing in a B2B environment

• Strong experience developing and managing proposals presentations and pitch materials

• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly PowerPoint

• Excellent writing editing and storytelling skills with a strong business lens

• Ability to communicate ideas clearly and persuasively through both written and visual formats

• Strong organizational project management and prioritization skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple pursuits and deadlines simultaneously

• High level of discretion when handling confidential client and business information

• Comfortable working independently while collaborating across regions and teams

• Professional confident and relationshipdriven communication style

Bonus Skills and Experience

• Experience in commercial real estate office occupier representation or professional services

• Bilingual in English and French considered an asset

• You develop and maintain strong core content case studies and marketing materials that support national office occupier pursuits

• You collaborate closely with advisors research and marketing partners to strengthen pursuit strategy and storytelling

• You contribute to winloss insights and continuous improvement initiatives to elevate pursuit quality

• You build trusted relationships with advisors and leadership becoming a reliable partner in office occupier pursuits and marketing strategy

Approximate Compensation for this Role: $100406 $120000 per annum

Our compensation ranges are determined by role level and location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire compensation. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.
