Front Desk Attendant

Ideal candidates haveflexibleschedules with availability to workweekendsandholidaysas needed.

Pay Range: $19.00-23.00/hour based on experience

Responsibilities

• Performs opening and closing procedures asdeterminedby management.

• Responsible for accountability of POS transactions made.

• Collects applicable fees from members/guests and outside patrons as they arrive.

• Makes court cliniclessonand special event reservations in person or by phone.

• AssistsMembership Manager withmember outreach delivering the highest standard member experience.

• Assistswith monthly physical inventoriesif applicable.

• May work with coaches tofacilitateorderly start and play times.

• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.

• Regular and reliable attendance.

• Performs other duties as required/needed.

Education and ExperienceRequirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Ability to read and speak English may berequiredin order toperform the duties of the job ( associates maybe requiredto communicate with English or co-workers the manuals for the equipment the associates may use are in English).

• Retail sales experience is preferred.

• Computerproficiencyincluding but notlimitedPOS Microsoft Office applications socialmediaand other programs related

Working Conditions

• Regularly walks sits climbs balances stoops kneels crawls or crouches.

• Regularly lifts up to 10 pounds and occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds.
